Moratonas is synonymous with experience and professionalism. We are supported by the work of three generations and the commercial network that we have worldwide.
Our own quarries allow us to make a more careful selection. From them we extract the star material, our Sant Vicenç stone, the Moon Grey limestone. It is the best option for indoor and outdoor work thanks to its durability, uniformity and grayish color, which gives the touch of elegance and sobriety you need.
The factory, located in Castellgalí, has 10,000 m2 after its recent expansion, which also allows an annual capacity of about 5,800 cubic meters. Among these recent infrastructures, a new platelet plant stands out that expands the extensive offer of Moratonas.
Our company, thanks to its complete facilities, offers our clients a wide and varied range of its own materials, as well as a large number of finishes for each of them. This means that in Moratonas, our clients find a source of multiple possibilities.
In addition to our usual quarry, we have recently carried out the opening of new quarries, thus obtaining new materials. Some of these are the Pierre du Thor and the Beige Desert in the province of Lleida (Spain) and the Moon Gray and Verde Ceniza stone in the province of Barcelona. In addition, we will soon open a new quarry in the province of Teruel (in northern Spain).
At Moratonas we are committed to sustainable development through reforestation and the regeneration of landscapes.
